The Role
We’re seeking a part-time Social Media Manager/Coordinator to support our client accounts. This is a junior-level role perfect for someone who is organized, creative with words, and detail-oriented. You’ll play a key role in keeping content organized, published on time, and engaging with audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Draft captions, hashtags, and social copy aligned with client strategy.
- Schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) using Hootsuite (or similar tools).
- Monitor and engage with comments/messages; flag client questions or brand-sensitive issues.
- Organize calendars, track deliverables, and keep tasks moving in Asana.
- Collaborate with your Pod team (Strategist & Production) to ensure content flows smoothly.
- Provide basic reporting/insights on social performance.
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week (flexible, with some structured deadlines)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media coordination or internship/related experience (e.g., internships, freelance work, other employment).
- Strong writing skills (grammar, tone, captions that grab attention).
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms.
- Comfort with Asana (or other project management tools) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple clients/tasks.
- A proactive mindset — you take ownership, follow through, and communicate clearly.
