About Precision Social

Precision Social is a social media and content production agency. We started in 2019 as a product photography company and quickly realized what we actually cared about was helping brands tell better stories — so we rebuilt around social strategy and content production and went all in.

We're a remote-first team working with clients across the United States. We're organized into pods: a Pod Lead, a Social Media Manager, and a Content Producer, each dedicated to a specific set of client accounts. Small, accountable teams that own their work end to end.

Our values of Redwood Thinking, Let Picasso Paint, and Burn the Forest Floor aren't wall art. They're how we make decisions, give feedback, and hold a standard.

The Role

This is a hands-on support role. You work directly for a Pod Lead, and you're the person who makes sure the details get handled so the Pod Lead can stay focused on strategy, client relationships, and leading the pod.

You are an operator. You'll be scheduling, chasing, prepping, logging, formatting, filing, and following up every day, across multiple client accounts. When a client asks for something, you make sure it's captured. When an approval is sitting, you chase it. When a call is coming up, the prep is already done by you. When a shoot is Thursday, the paperwork is executed far in advance.

You'll also support the Social Media Manager and Content Producer on the pod, with your Pod Lead setting your priorities.

You're not setting strategy, owning client relationships, or approving work as that's the Pod Lead's job. What you're doing is learning how all of it works from the inside while making a high-performing pod run faster. For the right person, this is the entry point into our Strategy/Account track.

What You'll Do

Keep the pod's work visible and moving

  • Log every client ask and pod action item in Asana within 24 hours with an owner and a due date

  • Check the board daily and follow up on open items before they go overdue

  • Track deliverable timelines across the pod and flag delays or conflicts early with context, not just alerts

Chase things down

  • Chase clients for assets, brand files, logins, feedback, and approvals

  • Chase vendors and contractors for confirmations and paperwork

  • Follow up internally when something is sitting

Run the meeting machinery

  • Schedule client calls, QBRs, and ad-hoc meetings, including coordinating across client calendars

  • Build agendas for daily stand-ups, weekly pod syncs, and monthly client calls

  • Take notes, capture decisions and owners, and get recaps out within 24 hours

  • Prepare briefing packets so the Pod Lead walks into every client call already prepped

Handle documentation

  • Keep the Client Bible current in the Ops Portal: brand rules, audience insights, compliance notes, tone guidance, key decisions

  • Upload transcripts, approved briefs, and KPI snapshots to the pod's Claude project weekly

  • File every client-facing document correctly, with proper naming conventions

Assemble reporting

  • Pull platform analytics and populate dashboard templates 24 hours ahead of client calls

  • Compile monthly and quarterly reporting data and format it cleanly for presentation

  • Log wins, milestones, and standout content performance for renewal prep and QBRs

Support shoots and production logistics

  • Coordinate call sheets, location confirmations, access and parking details, and vendor and talent scheduling

  • Make sure required releases and paperwork are executed before shoot day

  • Confirm logistics with everyone who needs to be there

Support new client onboarding

  • Welcome packets, Client Bible setup, Asana board build, drive folder structure

Draft for review

  • First drafts of client emails, status updates, and recap notes for Pod Lead review and approval

  • Maintain a professional, warm, responsive tone in every client interaction — you're representing the pod

What We're Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 0–4 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, account support, marketing, or a related field

  • Genuinely strong organization and attention to detail — you do not let things slip, and you follow up without being asked twice

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfort in project management tools (Asana preferred) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping follow-through

  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional space for video calls

Nice to have

  • Experience in a marketing agency or creative services environment

  • Familiarity with social platforms and how branded content gets produced and published

  • Experience with reporting dashboards or client-facing documentation

  • Working understanding of organic social, content strategy, and KPIs

  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and organization

How We Work

We're remote-first. Standard team hours are 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM Central, Monday through Friday, and part-time schedules are set at hire. We're camera-on during working hours, we respond quickly, and we over-communicate rather than under-communicate.

This role is scheduled, hourly, and overtime-eligible. It is a fixed-schedule role — it does not carry flexible or self-directed hours, because the pod depends on you being reachable and working during your scheduled time.

Compensation and Benefits

Additional compensation: Eligible for discretionary bonuses, spot bonuses, recognition awards, and our employee and client referral award programs.

Benefits for full-time team members (30+ hours per week):

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, effective the first of the month 30 days after hire

  • 401(k) retirement plan with automatic enrollment, available the first of the month after 90 days

  • Company-paid group term life insurance, plus voluntary supplemental life

  • Voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage

  • Seven paid company holidays

  • Unlimited PTO for vacation and personal time, plus a separate bank of paid sick and mental health days

  • Paid parental leave

  • Monthly remote work stipend

  • Company-provided laptop and equipment

Benefits for part-time team members (under 30 hours per week): Seven paid company holidays and a bank of paid sick and mental health days. Part-time roles are not eligible for medical, dental, or vision insurance or for Unlimited PTO. Retirement plan participation is available subject to plan eligibility rules.

All team members receive quarterly performance check-ins and a defined growth path within the Strategy/Account track.
