"Best agency to work for" is a big claim, and plenty of agencies make it with a ping-pong table and a pizza budget. We think the case for Precision Social rests on things that actually shape your working life: trust, boundaries, benefits, and the quality of the work itself. Here is that case, plainly.
Since our founding in Mokena, Illinois in 2019, we have served more than 200 brands and businesses, shipped tens of thousands of videos, and published thousands of posts. That volume matters for your career: you get real clients, real creative problems, and a portfolio that grows every single week. Our production work spans Chicago and Chicagoland — rooftop shoots, drone work, on-location days — while our clients and contractor network reach nationwide.
Precision Social was founded on a conviction: social media is the most revolutionary marketing channel in history, and it deserves better than being handed to the most junior person in the room. That conviction shapes how we treat our own team. People here get creative trust and ownership instead of micromanagement — we care about the person scrolling at 11 PM, and about the person who made the thing they are watching.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30, and we protect them. We are remote-first anywhere in the United States, with a remote work stipend and an office that is open to anyone who wants it. Full-time team members get trust-based unlimited PTO, paid holidays including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 48 hours of sick and mental health time each year, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and company-paid life insurance.
None of that is a perk wall. It is the infrastructure that lets people do sustained, excellent creative work — which is the whole point.
The best way to evaluate an agency is to look at the roles it hires for and the questions it is willing to answer. Our FAQ covers benefits, hiring, remote work, and growth candidly — and our open positions are always current.
